5. Payment & Billing

Hosting payments are billed monthly or annually as per your plan.

  • You may cancel your hosting plan anytime; however, payments already made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, code, design elements, and written content provided by Vexa Web remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute any part of our materials without permission.

7. Client Content

You retain ownership of all content (text, images, logos, etc.) that you provide for your website.
By submitting content, you grant Vexa Web a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your materials for the purpose of delivering the Service.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Service for:

  • Any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity.

  • Uploading harmful, defamatory, or copyrighted material without permission.

  • Distributing spam or malware through your hosted website.
    Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your website.

9. Service Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is within 48 hours from the time your payment and project details are received.
In rare cases where delays occur due to missing client materials or custom requests, we will notify you promptly.

10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Some website features may rely on third-party tools (such as analytics, email services, or booking systems).
We are not responsible for the performance or data handling of these third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vexa Web will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Downtime or technical issues on your website,

  • Delays in project delivery,

  • Misuse of the website by you or any third party.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for hosting during the previous 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms,

  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity,

  • You fail to make hosting payments.

Upon termination, your hosted website may be taken offline. You may request a backup copy before cancellation.
